How do I get my files after checkout?
Your download appears on the order confirmation page and in your order status page, and we also email you a link.
If the link expires, use the support form below with your order number for a fresh link.
How many times can I download my mind map?
For file protection, your purchase allows two downloads within 48 hours and is limited to one internet connection.
If you still have a download left, you can use it again within that 48 hour window.
Can I re-download my files if something goes wrong?
Yes, if you are still within 48 hours and have a download remaining you can simply use the original link again.
If the link has expired or does not work, use the support form below with your order number and we will send a new link.
Can I use my mindmaps on more than one device?
Yes, once downloaded you can move the PDF to your own phone, tablet or computer as you prefer.
The download link itself is limited to one internet connection, so save the file somewhere safe such as your note taking app or cloud storage.

What format are the mindmaps?
All StudentBud mind maps are digital PDF files.
They are designed as detailed revision resources that can replace or support a textbook and are not intended for printing.
Can I print my mindmaps?
No, the mind maps are not intended for printing. They are highly detailed and designed to be used on screen so that you can zoom, scroll and annotate.
What devices and apps work best?
You can use your mind maps on any current tablet, phone or computer that has a PDF viewer.
Many students like to use apps such as GoodNotes or Notability on a tablet so they can zoom in, take screenshots and annotate them on a notebook.
Can I write on the mindmaps and add my own notes?
No, you cannot write directly on the PDF as it cannot be edited for copyright reasons.
You can take screenshots of the sections you need and annotate it in a separate digital notebook such as GoodNotes for example while you follow a lesson.
Will I get updates if the mindmap changes?
Yes, if we release a new version of a mind map you have bought, you will receive the updated file for free.
We email you a fresh download link when the new version is available.

What licence do I get when I buy a mindmap?
Each purchase comes with a personal, non transferable licence.
This means the mind map is for your own study only and you cannot share, resell or redistribute it.
Can I share my mindmap with friends or classmates?
No, sharing is not allowed. You must not upload the files or screenshots to group chats, shared drives, virtual learning environments, Discord communities or any resale marketplace.
Are screenshots allowed for my own revision?
You can take screenshots and make digital annotations for your personal study, as long as you do not share them with anyone else.
Can my teacher or department use the mindmaps in class?
Yes, teacher or department licences are available. Please use the support form below to tell us about your school or college and how you plan to use the resources so we can advise on the right licence.
Why does my PDF show a message with my order number?
Every PDF includes a small, traceable order identifier such as a line that says it is licensed for personal use only with your order reference. This helps protect the content and confirms that your copy is genuine.
